What happens if there is a COVID19 lockdown and I can't have my party?
Should your party be cancelled due to a lockdown in your local area then you may move your party to another day or receive a full refund, including the refundable deposit.
What happens if I have to cancel?
If you cancel before 2 weeks from the delivery date then you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours from the delivery date then you will receive a 90% refund.
If you cancel less than forty-eight (48) hours before the event, no refund will be offered.
Alternatively, you are always welcome to reschedule up to the day before the event, with no additional fees.
Can you set up in the rain?
We do still deliver on rainy days but cannot set up where the equipment will get wet. The foam in our equipment will become damaged if it gets wet and the vinyl becomes very slippery. Have a plan for wet weather, if we feel your location is not acceptable we will provide the option to reschedule to a later date, no refund will be provided.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to South-East Brisbane, including South of the Brisbane River, East of the M1 Gateway Motorway and North of the Logan River. To check if we deliver in your area see our 'About Us' page.
Do I need shade?
Yes. Due to the nature of the soft play material, when in the sun it gets very hot, very fast. We provide marquees for FREE with any of our packages or at a cost of $20 each if hiring individually.
Where is your equipment from?
We source all of our equipment from Australian suppliers. Climbing equipment and safety mats are made right here in Brisbane.
How safe is your equipment?
Safety is our number one priority, fun our number two. All our equipment is sourced from reputable Australian companies that meet Australian health and safety standards. Our soft fall mats have been tested to meet AS/NZS 4422:2016 standards and have been certified to meet critical fall height rating of 1.4m for safety reassurance. Additionally, we place non-slip mats under our safety mats to reduce their movement when little feet are running on top.
